Haley Foster earned her Master's Degree from SMU and is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC Associate). Specializing in play therapy, she brings a safe and nurturing approach to counseling where children and adolescents can express their thoughts and emotions through play. Haley also extends her expertise to teens and adults dealing with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other life challenges.

Haley’s experience is rooted in her work at Children’s Health, where she gained extensive experience in both the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and the outpatient program. During her time at Children’s Health, she worked closely with children and their families, helping them to develop coping strategies and build resilience. Haley’s work in these intensive settings has given her a strong foundation in understanding complex emotional and behavioral issues, and she is well-versed in evidence-based practices that promote healing and growth.

Haley believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship and works collaboratively with her clients to set goals and develop personalized treatment plans. Whether through play therapy with younger clients or talk therapy with teens and adults, Haley is committed to helping her clients find their inner strength and achieve emotional well-being.

The "intern" status designates that the license holder is within the first 3,000 hours of their clinical work experience and meets weekly with a Licensed Supervisor for clinical guidance and direction.
