Your First Appointment

We will verify your insurance benefits and let you know about your co-pay or deductible prior to your first appointment. We accept all forms of payment and will place your card on file for your convenience.  

We are not in network with BCBS, Cigna, Humana, or United Healthcare (which includes Optum and UMR). We will still verify your out of network benefits and files the out of network claims on your behalf so you don't have to bother with superbills.

We are in network with Aetna and Molina Marketplace. We are certified out of network Tricare providers.

For Telehealth sessions: Your therapist will contact you before your first appointment and send you a secure HIPAA compliant link to connect for your therapy sessions. 

Please complete the intake forms emailed to you by our Office Manager, Alicia Rosales, before your first appointment.
