Your First Appointment

We will verify your insurance benefits and let you know about your co-pay or deductible prior to your first appointment. We accept all forms of payment and will place your card on file for your convenience.  

We are in network with: Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, UMR, and Optum. 

For BCBS we will do courtesy billing which means we will submit the claim directly to the insurance on your behalf so you don't have to worry about the superbill. We will also call your plan before your first appointment and get an idea of your out of network benefits your plan offers. 

We are not in network with Tricare, Champ VA, Molina or Baylor Scott and White.

For Telehealth sessions: Your therapist will contact you before your first appointment and send you a secure HIPAA compliant link to connect for your therapy sessions. 

Please complete the intake forms emailed to you by our Office Manager, Alicia Rosales, before your first appointment.
