You became a therapist to help people, not to stress over documentation or fear the next insurance audit. But when you're managing caseloads, meeting client needs, and trying to keep up with ever-changing payer requirements, it's easy to second-guess whether your treatment plans and progress notes will hold up under scrutiny.
This workshop is here to change that.
Treatment Planning Like a Boss is more than a CE course, it's your toolkit for confidently navigating insurance standards of care. You'll learn exactly how to write goals, interventions, and progress notes that are both clinically meaningful and audit-proof. Leave the anxiety behind and walk away with the knowledge and templates you need to protect your license, support your clients, and document like the capable, competent clinician you are.
This interactive online workshop is designed for therapists who want to master treatment planning and do it right. Learn how to craft measurable client‑centered goals, select targeted interventions, and document progress that meets both board licensure standards and insurance audit expectations. You’ll walk away with treatment plans that are effective, defensible, and reflective of the client’s needs, while strengthening your clinical documentation voice.
👉 “I already write treatment plans. Is this too basic for me?”
Even seasoned clinicians will benefit. This course goes beyond the basics to show you how to align your documentation with current insurance and audit standards, without losing your clinical voice.
👉 “What if I’ve never had an audit?”
That’s the perfect time to prepare. Insurance audits can happen without warning. This course will show you how to build defensible, compliant records now, so you're not scrambling later.
👉 “Will this help me feel less overwhelmed with paperwork?”
Yes. You'll leave with practical frameworks, real-world examples, and simple documentation strategies that save time, reduce stress, and build your confidence.
